Shipping Coordinator - 2nd Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Selects, prepares, and packs parts for shipment utilizing the appropriate shipping method. Handles all related paperwork or documents, recording or verifying pertinent information for shipping.
• Determines method of shipment, utilizing required shipping software, and knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
• Processes reports related to shipping including work orders, packing lists, pick lists, bills of lading, customer pick tickets, and related information.
• Audits shipments prior to loading the truck verifying the load against the customer order. Ensures that all transactions have been entered in the system.
• Assists in ensuring inventory accuracy by investigating and correcting variances through cycle counting.
• Performs other duties as assigned
