Car WAsh Attendant KIHEI SHELL MAUI - $17/HR FT & PT, Sign On Bonus up to $1,000*(DOE)

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Ensures a smooth, safe, and efficient car wash experience for all customers. This role is responsible for guiding vehicles safely into the wash bay, providing hand-drying services upon request, and maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the wash equipment and facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/FUNCTIONS:

* Provides quality customer service by greeting each customer in a prompt and timely manner

* Guide and help customers align their cars safely onto the car wash track.

* Wipe down, dry, or detail vehicle surfaces by hand when requested by the customer.

* Maintains a clean store car wash environment by performing housekeeping duties

* Assist with cleaning the gas pumps as needed.

* Empty trash bins, throw away rubbish, and break down or discard cardboard boxes.

* Replaces and/or refills water in squeegee bucket

* Keep the overall work area clean, organized, and safe for vehicles and pedestrians.

* Attends monthly store meetings

* Attends training classes

* Performs other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS:

* Works outdoors under regular weather conditions as needed

* Frequent exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, loud machinery noise, and moving vehicles.

* Employment status may vary as follows:

Full-time Regular (35.00+hrs/week)

Part-time Regular (20.00+hrs/week)

Casual Employee (Less than 20.00 hrs/week)

* Sunday - Saturday availability

* Flexible availability to work varied shifts (i.e. day, night, swing, or graveyard)

* Extended hours as assigned
