Do you take pride in invoices that are coded right, matched right, and paid on time? We're hiring an experienced AP Clerk for a long-term assignment with an established organization. This isn't a few weeks of filler work. It's a 1+ year role with a steady workload, a team that depends on you, and the flexibility of a work-from-home day each week. A hybrid schedule. You'll be in the office four days a week, with one day to work from home. Work that uses your skills. You'll own full-cycle AP in a high-volume environment and won't be buried in data entry alone. Modern tools. You'll work in a large-scale ERP and procurement environment where your experience with SAP and Ariba counts. What you'll do Process a high volume of PO-related and non-PO invoices from entry through payment Enter, code, and match invoices accurately and on time Monitor and resolve discrepant invoices, working with buyers, receiving, and vendors to clear them Perform month-end balancing and reconciliations Keep AP records accurate and well documented Respond to vendor and internal questions about invoice and payment status What you bring 3-5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience Hands-on experience entering both PO and non-PO invoices Comfort working at high volume with accuracy and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills for resolving invoice discrepancies Solid Excel skills and comfort working in an ERP environment Preferred: SAP experience and 1099 processing experience Details This is a long-term temporary assignment lasting a year or more.
