Essential Job Duties Performs ticket processing duties through Digger's Hotline for locating facilities to ensure safe excavation. Answers incoming phone calls from utility companies and company Foremen. Manages scheduling crews and coordinating with drilling division. Providing Customers/homeowners with scheduling dates/answering questions. Responds to inquiries regarding excavation accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate with supervisors and crew members to coordinate work schedules with upcoming projects. Maintains the database for completed work orders and restorations. Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or similar environment preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel required. Ability to operate equipment basic office equipment. Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals, blueprints, and maps. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to sit and talk on the phone for long periods of time.
