What You'll Do Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipments. Move, stage, stack, palletize, and wrap products for storage and distribution. Pick, pull, and assemble customer orders accurately. Transfer materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. Count, verify, and record incoming and outgoing inventory. Prepare products and orders for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow all warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and forklift operating standards. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Sit-down forklift operating experience required. Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred. Experience loading and unloading trucks, staging materials, and preparing shipments is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
