Culver Rug Company, an established floor covering company with more than 81 years in business, is seeking a dependable and organized Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8: 30 a.m.-5: 00 p.m.
Position: On-site

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and manage general office correspondence
• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, by phone, and by email
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
• Generate reports to help track sales, inventory, and project progress
• Assist with client invoicing and payment processing
• Maintain accurate billing information
• Organize and maintain files and important documents
• Manage office supplies and assist with other administrative duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous office administration experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Comfortable using computers and performing data entry
• Quick Books experience is helpful
• Ability to work effectively with customers, coworkers, and vendors
