Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous shipping, packing, warehouse, or inventory experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and solid work history
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Job Duties

• Pick, pack, and process orders accurately using scanners and shipping documents
• Prepare inbound and outbound shipments
• Load and unload trucks
• Stock and restock inventory in warehouse locations
• Verify inventory counts and assist with physical inventory
• Label boxes, packages, and products correctly
• Move materials throughout production and warehouse areas
• Support shipping, receiving, and other departments as needed
• Communicate professionally with vendors, drivers, and internal teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and report unsafe conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Shipping Packer Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
