Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Customer Service Associate for our Savannah, GA location.

Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service to sales representatives, customers, and internal staff. * Develop a strong understanding of company processes, procedures, and programs to accurately answer questions and communicate information. * Enter phone orders accurately in accordance with company guidelines and complete special order-entry projects assigned by management. * Assist customers with billing corrections, including processing credits and rebills, to ensure invoices are accurate and issues are resolved promptly. * Print label and create return labels * Accurately complete call tracking and time tracking requirements. * Respond promptly to voicemails, emails, and Teams messages, ensuring communications received during working hours are addressed the same business day. * Assist with additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor, Admin Services Manager, or Admin Services Trainer Qualifications * High school diploma or GED * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, AX, Excel, etc.) * The ability to communicate in a professional manner with management, sales representatives, customers, and co-workers in both written and verbal form * The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow * written and oral instructions * The successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period Additional Information This role is Mon-Frid, 8:15am-4:45pm. The role is fully onsite.
