  • Translate ambiguous program goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones, determining the optimal level of program management required for each initiative.
  • Strategically phase programs and establish robust metrics to ensure continuous improvement, including diligent resource stewardship, and optimize reporting dashboards for transparency.
  • Design and execute sophisticated communication strategies, including executive-level updates and key partner communications, effectively representing program status and progress across all touchpoints.
  • Proactively anticipate and manage change, developing and implementing comprehensive rollout plans that include impact analysis, and resolving any misalignments during execution.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making, resolving prioritization conflicts, and expertly managing program escalations.
  • Drive technical analysis, develop tools, and refine processes across multiple engineering teams to enhance execution, excellence, and velocity, performing due diligence to accurately scope and resource initiatives.
  • Establish robust program governance by independently collecting and analyzing data to inform stakeholder decisions, maintaining meticulous project trackers, and proactively managing dependencies while upholding principles of Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and brand trust.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Managing Organizational Change, including developing and executing change management rollout plans.
  • Exceptional Communications Management skills, capable of designing and delivering optimized communication strategies for diverse audiences.
  • Advanced Planning capabilities, including the ability to define program charters, create detailed project plans, and manage timelines, resources, and risks.
  • Strong Technical Judgment, enabling effective evaluation of engineering scope, milestones, and resourcing needs.
  • Expert-level Stakeholder Management, with a track record of building trusted relationships and resolving complex prioritization issues.
  • Experience in Team Management, fostering collaboration and driving collective success.
  • Proficient in Execution and Governance, including defining governance structures, managing mitigations, and leading effective stakeholder meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability in Portfolio Management, overseeing multiple programs and initiatives.
