FABRICATOR I | BUILD SOMETHING TOUGH At WARN Industries, we build products that are trusted to perform when failure isn't an option. That starts with people who know how to turn raw material into parts built to take a beating. We're looking for a Fabricator I who knows their way around a press brake, understands blueprints, has solid mechanical instincts, and takes pride in getting the job done right. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment using press brakes, grinders, saws, drill presses, welders, and other fabrication equipment. If you like working with your hands, know your way around metal, and want to see what you built at the end of the day, keep reading. What You'll Own
The Kind of Fabricator We're Looking For We want someone who takes pride in what they build and doesn't need to be reminded that quality matters. You're mechanically minded. You pay attention to the details. You know that moving fast doesn't mean cutting corners, and if something doesn't look right, you don't just send it down the line. You're willing to learn. You're not afraid of a new machine, a new process, or getting your hands dirty. You work hard, look out for the people around you, and understand that the best production teams win together. What You Bring
WIFM | What's in It for Me?
This Is Hands-On Manufacturing You'll be standing and walking for up to 8 hours a day and regularly using your hands to grasp, handle, and work with parts and equipment. The job can also involve bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying. You'll need to be able to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. You'll also be working in a real manufacturing environment around loud operating machinery, cold temperatures, chemicals, and vapors. Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Why WARN? Because there's something different about being able to point to a product and know you helped build it. This is a place for people who like working with their hands, solving problems, learning new skills, and taking pride in doing the job right. If you know your way around fabrication equipment, believe quality matters even when the line is moving fast, and want to be part of a team that builds products people count on when it matters most, we want to talk to you.
