Shift: 1st shift

Passing a visual acuity exam is required prior to start day.

• J STD 001 solder certified is preferred.
  
• Passing a visual acuity exam is required.
  
• Ability to identify electronic components (through hole and SMT)
  
• Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and PCB assembly processes
  
• Familiarity with manual and automated soldering tools and microscopes
  
• Ability to follow IPC or J STD 001 standards (often required or preferred)
  
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and technical documents
  
• Attention to detail and precision in repetitive tasks
  
• Problem solving ability and good communication skills
  
• Ability to work well in a team environment
  
• Reliable attendance and ability to work with minimal supervision
