Position Title: Assembler - 2nd Shift
Wage: $20.00/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3:00pm - 1:30am Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality metal assembly solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on work in a collaborative environment, with potential for growth within the automotive industry. Assembler Responsibilities: - Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material to accurately assemble components - Gather, position, and fasten metal parts using bolts, screws, rivets, and other fasteners - Operate pneumatic, electrical, and manual hand tools safely and effectively - Report any product or equipment issues to the department lead promptly - Assist in the assembly of metal products either at a workbench or on the shop floor - Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout all tasks Requirements for Assembler: - Ability to read and execute instructions from blueprints and assembly documentation - Proficiency with tape measures and basic math skills - Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 45 lbs. without assistance - Capable of safely using hand, pneumatic, and power tools and machinery - Strong adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
