Position Title: Warehouse & Returns Coordinator
Wage: Based on Experience Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual for a Warehouse & Returns Coordinator position in Olathe, Kansas. This is a hands-on position split between warehouse operations and returns coordination. Daily responsibilities include shipping and receiving, along with value-added services such as custom labeling, loading programs and configurations, and kit assembly. This position will also be responsible for managing repairs and returns from the initial request through resolution. Warehouse & Returns Coordinator Responsibilities: - Perform shipping and receiving activities - Create, process, and monitor repair and return requests - Apply custom part and package labels. - Load programs and configurations onto devices. - Assemble kits from bills of materials. - Verify kit completeness and accuracy before shipment - Assist the team with other warehouse and operational duties as needed Requirements for Warehouse & Returns Coordinator: - Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written specifications and bills of materials - Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds - Clear and professional communication with customers and vendors - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly - Strong time-management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently, maintain quality, and perform effectively without being closely supervised - Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred - Experience working with ERP software is a plus Benefits: - Paid time off - Bonus program - Comprehensive healthcare - 401(k) contribution - Training and professional development - Opportunities for advancement IND345 Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions has the resources of a large company but the feel and personalized customer service of a small one.
