Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Client Resource Manager, Technical for our Technical Professional Services (TPS) team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to support assigned client accounts by coordinating staffing activities, building strong client relationships, supporting workforce planning and recruitment efforts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The Client Resource Manager works closely with clients and internal teams to meet staffing needs, maintain compliance, improve performance, and identify opportunities for account growth.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include Activities Such as These:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Staffing Coordination and Recruitment: Partner with clients and local TPS offices to forecast staffing needs, coordinate recruitment efforts, and ensure timely placement of qualified employees.
  • Account Performance and Growth: Monitor key performance indicators, including Talent Paid, gross profit growth, absenteeism, and turnover. Identify opportunities to improve results, strengthen client partnerships, and support account growth.
  • Compliance and Account Administration: Ensure compliance with client contracts and Staffmark Group policies, including background checks, drug screening, billing, employee records, and accurate system documentation.
  • Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Prepare weekly performance reports, analyze account results, facilitate quarterly client partnership reviews, and recommend solutions that improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Required Education and Experience: Three to five years of previous experience working within a staffing company or in a customer service role.

Preferred Experience: Experience with PeopleSoft is preferred.
