Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Digital Media Analytics will lead paid media campaign reporting, performance analysis, and data-driven insights for global digital advertising campaigns. This role is responsible for evaluating campaign effectiveness, identifying performance trends, and developing actionable recommendations to optimize audience targeting, media partner mix, and budget allocation. The ideal candidate combines strong digital media analytics expertise with advanced reporting and visualization skills, effective storytelling, and proven experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.

Job Responsibilities



  • Analyze paid media campaign performance, measure results against industry benchmarks, and prepare in-campaign and post-campaign reports.
  • Translate complex campaign data into clear narratives, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations for marketing teams and leadership.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Excel, Tableau, Looker Studio, and related analytics tools.
  • Validate campaign data, maintain data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections with relevant teams.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide campaign performance insights to support media activation and planning teams.
  • Recommend improvements to audience targeting, media partner selection, and budget allocation based on campaign performance analysis.
  • Manage projects from initiation through completion, coordinating deliverables across marketing, business intelligence, media, and technical teams.
  • Serve as a key liaison between marketing and business intelligence teams to align reporting needs, data requirements, and analytical objectives.
  • Present analytical findings, campaign trends, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, enhance dashboard functionality, and increase analytical efficiency.
  • Monitor digital media trends, adapt to shifting priorities, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in digital media at a brand, agency, or related vendor.
  • Experience in digital media marketing, advertising, advertising technology, or analytics; entertainment streaming or direct-to-consumer brands preferred.
  • Strong understanding of paid digital media attribution, campaign performance metrics, and industry benchmarks, including CPM, CPA, and video view rates.
  • Hands-on experience with ad servers such as Campaign Manager 360 and mobile measurement platforms such as Kochava or AppsFlyer.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Looker Studio, or comparable business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to extract, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Proficiency in creating visual presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
  • Demonstrated experience driving projects from initiation through completion in a cross-functional organization.
  • Strong analytical thinking, data storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences, including leadership.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree required.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with SQL.
  • Familiarity with self-service advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience supporting global digital media campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional marketing and analytics teams.
