Neurologist - Biddeford, Maine

MaineHealth Neurology is seeking a Neurologist with General and/or Subspecialty interests to join our well-established practice located in Biddeford on the beautiful Southern coast of Maine.

This primarily outpatient position is based on MaineHealth Maine Medical Center's Biddeford campus in a regional office providing comprehensive primary and specialty care within a multi-specialty group and offering a full range of services.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Join a team of 3 other Adult Neurologists and 3 NPs/PAs at the Biddeford site that is part of a well-established Neurology Department consisting of 35+ sub-specialty trained Adult and Pediatric neurologists, Neurohospitalists, and Advanced Practice Professionals supported by a robust clinical and administrative team.
  • Call coverage is one week per month, consisting of weekday 8am-5pm call coverage of the hospital andafter-hours and weekend coverage of the hospital and ER by phone only. There is no in-person after-hours hospital coverage expected.
  • Opportunity to teach Neurology residents, who are based out of Maine Medical Center Portland, and medical students attending University of New England School of Osteopathic Medicine and Tufts University School of Medicine.
