Job Duties Inspect finished products for proper cap fit, seal integrity, label placement, and overall quality. Visually inspect products for leaks, defects, and compliance with production specifications. Verify products meet production sheet requirements and quality standards. Pack products into cases and place completed cases into automated taping equipment. Stock packaging materials and production components as needed. Assist Line Leaders with equipment changeovers and production setup activities. Support pharmaceutical blister packaging and cartoning line operations. Report quality concerns, product discrepancies, or equipment issues to leadership. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Basic math skills required. Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, production sheets, and quality standards. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, packaging, assembly, or machine operation experience required. Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, food production, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues. Excellent attendance, teamwork, and communication skills required. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for the entire shift. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Frequent use of hands for packing, inspecting, labeling, and handling products.
