Overview

Under minimal supervision, provides support to BOND consultant travel reimbursements and consultant timekeeping. Interprets regulations including but not limited to the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), and IDA's travel policies and practices. Performs a variety of complex day-to-day operations, involving, but not limited to, investigation and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

*Assists travelers with questions about using IDA's electronic travel system and navigating IDA's travel policies and procedures.

*Records transportation cost associated with tickets purchase through the corporate travel agency.

*Prepares and submits accurate, timely, and policy-compliant reconciliations.

*Performs an initial review of expense or service voucher submissions for completeness and accuracy, flagging exceptions and compliance concerns for further review.

*Responds to Finance inquiries on submitted expense reports and timesheets, researches and issues, provides supporting documentation, and makes corrections as needed.

*Enters consultant timesheets on a biweekly cycle, verifying hours, rates, and charge codes for accuracy before submission.

*Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent with five years of administrative and customer service experience.

*Working knowledge of the JTR, the FAR, GSA and other applicable government travel regulations.

*Experience with the use of commercial travel systems. Costpoint and or Concur experience preferred.

*Proficient in managing and handling electronic documents (pdf)

*Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically proficiency with Microsoft Excel

*Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.

*Demonstrated ability to accomplish tasks independently, accurately and efficiently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and process in a timely manner.

*Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.

*US citizenship is required.

*Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.

Compensation:

We support transparency, equity, and fairness in our compensation program and provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range based on data-driven market analysis for each position. While it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $56,254 - $90,007. Individual salary within this range will be commensurate with the incumbent's experience, unique skills and qualifications, and other relevant factors.

Successful completion of a criminalbackground check is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required
