Description As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of assigned energy efficiency programs delivered on behalf of utility Program Administrators. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between RISE and Program Administrators, ensuring program goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, reporting requirements, customer experience standards, and compliance obligations are achieved. This role requires daily interaction with Program Administrator representatives, internal departments, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve issues, communicate priorities, and drive program performance. The Program Manager will act as the voice of the Program Administrator within RISE while representing RISE professionally and effectively with external stakeholders. The successful candidate will develop strong working relationships with Program Administrators and be accountable for ensuring RISE consistently meets or exceeds contractual and operational performance expectations. Work Environment, Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This position requires the employee to work in a professional office environment and routinely use standard office equipment. Position will entail frequent sedentary work and occasional standing. It is a full-time 40-hour position. Days and hours of work may vary but are typically Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no travel required for this position. Physical Demands:
