Description Franklin Hospital Professional - Nonclinical Are you the person who's always thinking, "There has to be a better way to do this"? MaineHealth is looking for an Improvement Specialist I to join our team onsite in Farmington, Maine. You'll partner with leaders, staff, and clinicians to identify opportunities and lead projects that improve the quality, safety, efficiency, and value of healthcare delivery. This is a hands-on role where you'll help teams navigate change, use data to solve problems, and bring performance improvement and project management tools to life. We're looking for someone with healthcare experience and a passion for continuous improvement-and experience with data analysis, Lean/Green Belt methodology, or project management is a definite plus.
