Summary: Provides strategic leadership for enterprise HR initiatives that advance organizational priorities, strengthen alignment between HR Strategy and business operations, and enhance the organizational experience for Associates and leaders. Identifies complex workforce and business challenges, develops scalable and sustainable solutions, and leads initiatives from assessment through implementation and transition. Partners across HR Strategy, HR Centers of Excellence, ministries, system functions, and operational leadership to improve organizational effectiveness, standardize processes, drive enterprise alignment, and support transformational initiatives. Oversees the HR Strategy Solutions team and ensures solutions are transitioned with clear ownership, governance, accountability, and measures for long-term success. Responsibilities:

- Identifies enterprise workforce, operational, and organizational challenges and develops practical, scalable, and sustainable HR solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
- Leads complex enterprise HR initiatives from assessment through implementation, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, change management, risk mitigation, and outcome measurement.
- Translates organizational priorities into integrated HR Strategy solutions that improve organizational performance and enhance the Associate and leader experience.
- Serves as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to HR executives, ministry leaders, operational leaders, and project sponsors on workforce strategy, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Strategy leaders, ministries, and system functions to improve efficiency, reduce unnecessary variation, promote standardization, and support enterprise alignment.
- Uses data, research, people analytics, operational insights, and stakeholder feedback to develop recommendations, inform decision-making, and evaluate solution effectiveness.
- Establishes governance structures, success measures, reporting processes, and implementation frameworks that enable sustainable adoption and long-term results.
- Oversees assigned enterprise HR programs and strategic initiatives, monitoring progress, identifying risks, reporting outcomes, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manages a portfolio of strategic initiatives, including prioritization, resource planning, executive reporting, and leadership visibility of project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Leads, coaches, and develops the HR Strategy Solutions team while fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Maintains current knowledge of human resources practices, healthcare operations, workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and applicable regulatory considerations.
Job Requirements: Education/Skills * Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational development, operations, or a related field required. * Master's degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational development, or a related field preferred. Experience * Seven years of progressive Human Resources experience required; ten years preferred. * Experience leading complex enterprise HR initiatives, organizational transformations, integrations, organizational design efforts, or cross-functional solution development from assessment through implementation and transition required. * Experience consulting with senior and executive leaders, influencing stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams within a complex, matrixed organization required. * Experience managing enterprise initiative portfolios, including prioritization, resource planning, reporting, risk identification, and outcome tracking preferred. * Healthcare experience and experience supporting multiple ministries, business units, or similarly complex organizations preferred. * Advanced knowledge of human resources strategy, healthcare operations, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, governance, and process improvement. * Strong consulting, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to assess complex issues and develop practical, enterprise-aligned solutions. * Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect people strategy, operational priorities, organizational performance, and enterprise outcomes. * Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills, including the ability to develop recommendations, business cases, presentations, implementation plans, and status updates for senior leaders. * Ability to use data, research, people analytics, operational insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform decisions, evaluate outcomes, and improve solution effectiveness. * Ability to build trust, align diverse stakeholders, influence without authority, and effectively navigate ambiguity while managing multiple enterprise priorities. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications * SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or comparable human resources certification preferred. * Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma, change management, or comparable process improvement or project leadership certification preferred. In accordance with the CHRISTUS Health License, Certification and Registration Verification Policy, all Associates are required to obtain the required certifications for their respective positions within the designated time frame.
