Summary: The IMA has the primary accountability for handling requests and inquiries related to system and application access for Associates, Non-Associates, student interns and other clients at CHRISTUS Health. Systems and applications include but are not limited to: EPIC, Pyxis, Tap-N-Go, Centricity, PACS, Meditech, Active Directory, and other systems. Responsibilities:
- Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
- Stay current with regulations, rules, and standards related to information and security system practices.
- Implement controls and procedures that protect information system assets from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
- Align accessrelated processes with organizational strategic goals by leading, directing, and maintaining appropriate security measures.
- Advise, train, and assist customers in the access administration of their systems.
- Provide oversight for applications and support functions, including incident and request management.
- Support the business goals and objectives of the department, the Information Management organization, and CHRISTUS Health.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Utilize the ServiceNow incident tracking system to manage and resolve accessrelated requests and issues.
- Show the ability to work independently and take initiative as a selfstarter.
- Apply effective problemsolving skills to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions with end users and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong timemanagement skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Use effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, customers, and leadership.
Job Requirements: Education/Skills * Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field required, * In lieu of an Associate's degree, a High School diploma or GED and four (4) years of relevant work experience above the minimum qualification Experience * 0 - 2 years of hands-on experience in information systems access and provisioning administration in healthcare or related field required. * Knowledge of industry standards related to provisioning and access. * Understanding of healthcare information system's needs. * Experience with Microsoft Active Directory. * Knowledge of government regulations industry standards for information security relationships, HIPPA, PCI-DDS. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications * Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) is preferred * EPIC Certification is preferred Work Schedule: 5 Days - 8 Hours Work Type: Full Time
