Position Title: Welder/Fabricator

Wage: $22.00-$29.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 2:00pm-12:00am Monday-Thursday 4-10s

If you take pride in strong, clean welds and enjoy working in a fast-paced fabrication environment, this role is for you. As a Welder, you'll be hands-on in producing high-quality metal components that meet customer and quality standards. You'll work with a variety of materials and thicknesses, move between welding areas as needed, and play an important role in building products you can stand behind. We're looking for someone who values craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork-and who enjoys solving problems and continuously improving their skills. Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Team & Communication

- Be an active, reliable teammate who supports production goals

- Communicate clearly with your Team Leader and provide updates on progress or issues

- Follow company policies and standard procedures to keep operations running smoothly

Technical & Welding

- Perform welding and fabrication work across multiple materials and thicknesses

- Troubleshoot welding inconsistencies and correct equipment or setup issues

- Follow welding procedures, blueprints, and technical standards to ensure consistency and quality

- Adjust welding equipment to match job specifications

Welder/Fabricator Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Technical degree preferred with 3+ years of welding experience

- Moderate to advanced welding skills

- Ability to weld in flat and vertical positions

- Strong understanding of welding procedures and specifications

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints

- Proficient with measuring devices and welding equipment adjustments

- Basic computer skills

- Solid understanding of manufacturing fundamentals

- Ability to follow direction, adapt quickly, and stay flexible in a changing environment

- Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for short periods

- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the workday

- Materials and equipment used: hand and power tools (pliers, screwdrivers, drills, tape measures, etc.); welding equipment and PPE (helmet, gloves, safety glasses, ear protection); forklift; computers and printers
