What You'll Do

• Lead and support professional services transformation engagements through expert coaching, strategic facilitation, and implementation support, aligning with established frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership to define vision, mission, strategic priorities, and operational models for advisory services.
• Provide expert guidance to firms on leading practices spanning strategic direction, service delivery, workflow optimization, client experience, packaging and pricing, talent alignment, and operational scalability.
• Drive accountability and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives and transformation roadmaps within firms.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to both firm leaders and emerging professionals.
• Facilitate and support engaging workshops, roundtables, training sessions, webinars, and impactful onsite firm engagements.
• Contribute significantly to the curation and delivery of compelling conference content and influential thought leadership.
• Develop and continuously refine workshop materials, coaching tools, templates, playbooks, and comprehensive enablement content.
• Support leadership sessions focused on growth strategies, advisory development, change management, and technology adoption.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of advisory services curriculum, essential toolkits, and dynamic learning experiences.
• Act as a crucial bridge, translating advisory strategy into practical and effective technology adoption within firms.
• Support the vetting, evaluation, and seamless alignment of specialized solutions within firm technology ecosystems.
• Manage practitioner-centered engagement programs within collaboration platforms, including peer communities, technology forums, roundtables, working groups, virtual and in-person events, and vendor/practitioner collaboration sessions.
• Assist with demo environments, webinars, and applied technology enablement efforts, particularly related to strategic partner ecosystems.
• Translate complex technology capabilities into practical advisory and operational use cases that benefit firms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure professional services offerings remain current, scalable, and perfectly aligned with market trends.
• Capture invaluable insights from firm engagements to inform the development of future enablement resources and marketplace initiatives.
• Support the long-term growth and enhancement of the firm collaboration platform.
• Lead firms through effective change management processes as part of professional services offerings.
• Support the development and execution of robust change management initiatives integral to transformation programs.
• Foster a vibrant culture of continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability across all firm engagements.
• Stay current on the latest industry trends, the evolution of advisory services, AI enablement, and emerging technologies impacting the profession.
• Maintain strong alignment with the strategic vision, partner initiatives, and professional services goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Active CPA designation is required.
• 10+ years of comprehensive experience in professional services, advisory, accounting technology, or firm transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable guidance.
• Strong project management and exceptional organizational skills.
• Comfortable and effective operating in a dynamic, evolving environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to travel approximately 35%.
