Operations Business Analyst - Clearance Required

LMI is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to support technical and operational teams by managing the information, records, documentation, and workflows that keep work moving efficiently. This role focuses on improving information quality, simplifying processes, and using Power Automate and Power Apps to reduce manual effort, increase visibility, and make requirements easier to understand and follow. The analyst will partner across Operations, project teams, and external stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, current, accessible, compliant, and useful for decision-making, enabling teams to complete routine work with fewer delays and handoffs.

Own the day-to-day administration, maintenance, revision, and distribution of technical, quality, operational, and project documentation.
• Manage documents and records across all phases of the product line, maintaining electronic retention systems and ensuring timely retrieval for internal and external audits.
• Build and improve document intake, review, approval, distribution, closeout, retention, and retrieval processes using SharePoint and other records or document management tools.
• Create Power Automate flows and support Power Apps that simplify document requests, route requests, approvals, collect structured information, send reminders, and management reporting.
• Review documents and records for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and alignment with project, program, customer, and quality requirements; identify gaps and coordinate corrective action.
• Prepare operational reports, summaries, dashboards, and management-ready work products using Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Support project communications, submittals, RFIs, records turnover, audit preparation, procurement documentation, vendor reviews, and special projects.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion, communicate clearly with varied audiences, and resolve routine issues with minimal supervision.
• Support procurement, vendor management, strategic sourcing, special projects, organizational studies, policy reviews, process improvements, and operational changes as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, technical studies, operations, information management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to organize high-volume information, manage deadlines, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Working experience with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Practical experience building or maintaining Power Automate workflows and creating or supporting Power Apps for operational processes, request forms, trackers, or approvals.
• Ability to understand procedures, apply requirements consistently, spot missing or outdated information, and follow through on corrective actions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, analytical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to work with minimal supervision across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, technical studies, operations, information management, or a related field.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practitioner or similar certification.
• Experience with Power BI, AI-enabled workflow or analytics tools, technical writing, procurement, vendor scorecards, or strategic sourcing.

Target salary range: $65,000-$105,000
