Position Overview:

Solvere is seeking an experienced Supply Team Lead to oversee day-to-day supply logistics operations in support of the United States Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Integrated Logistics Support task order. This position serves as both a team lead and a working member of the supply organization. This is an on-site position and requires regular, in-person interaction with project leadership and government stakeholders.

The Supply Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating and supervising supply personnel, ensuring accurate and timely completion of customer deliverables and supply-related contract requirements, and maintaining accountability of equipment and material in relevant programs and databases. This is a hands-on leadership position. The selected candidate is expected to actively perform logistics and supply duties alongside the team when workload, staffing levels, or operational requirements are necessary.

The successful candidate will be someone who can lead from the front - providing direction and accountability to the team while remaining willing and able to perform the hands-on work required to keep operations running smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate and provide day-to-day oversight of supply personnel

  Assign and prioritize work-based program requirements, customer deliverables, deadlines and team workloads

  Monitor team performance and ensure supply requirements are completed accurately and on schedule

  
  
• 
  

  Perform hands-on supply/logistics duties when needed to support mission requirements and deliverables, workload demands or staffing gaps

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain accountability and accurate tracking of equipment, parts, material and assigned systems

  
  
• 
  

  Manage and maintain accurate supply inventory, provisioning, and asset accountability records

  
  
• 
  

  Coordinate with government stakeholders and internal teams to address provisioning requirements, technical data issues, and supply support needs

  
  
• 
  

  Analyze and review technical manuals and specifications to support Supply Support Requests (SSR), Item Entry Proposals (IEP), and Allowance Parts Lists (APL) development for the United States Coast Guard supply system

  
  
• 
  

  Review technical, engineering and provisioning documentation to identify missing, inaccurate or conflicting supply information

  
  
• 
  

  Utilize logistics systems including WebFLIS, NSERC, NATO, NESSS, CAGE Program, and Fleet Logistics System (FLS) to validate item data and sourcing

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain supply trackers, databases, spreadsheets, and electronic repositories

  
  
• 
  

  Perform quality control reviews of provisioning documentation prior to government submissions

  
  
• 
  

  Coordinate with Government counterparts and stakeholders, OEMs, vendors, to resolve supply issues

  
  
• 
  

  Participate in supply, provisioning and cataloging meetings and training as required.

  Assist with continuous improvement of supply support processes, trackers, databases and workflows

  
  

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of supply-chain and logistics principles and practice
• Knowledge of inventory management databases such as Naval Electronics Supply Support System (NESSS), Fleet Logistics System (FLS)
• Knowledge of provisioning concepts, parts management and supply support
• Familiarity with APLs, AELs, provisioning documentation, and technical data
• Understanding of technical data and documentation
• Familiarity with Government logistics processes, policies, and documentation requirements
• Understanding of quality control and data validation practices
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
• Ability to analyze technical and supply documentation and determine required actions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and action items
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain spreadsheets, metrics, and trackers as required
• Ability and knowledge to research parts and technical information
• Ability to independently identify issues, research solutions and follow actions through completion
• Ability to perform daily quality control reviews and maintain accurate records
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an integrated program team

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• 
  

  BA/BS degree and 5-9 years of relevant work experience.

  
  

• 
  

  In lieu of a BA/BS degree, an associate's degree and 11 years of relevant experience OR a High School Diploma and a minimum of 13 years relevant experience.

  
  

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• 
  

  Ability to successfully complete a Tier 3 Security Investigation.

  
  

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $80,000 - $88,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
