Kratos has an exciting hybrid work, opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO for a Solution Architect. This position will focus on the solution design for Satellite Communications ground entry points and Space Domain Awareness solutions based on RF sensor data. Primary job duties will be to support sales activities by interfacing with potential customers to understand technical requirements, determining available solutions, designing new solutions, and providing technical leadership in capability demonstrations, proposal development, and delivery opportunities.

• 2-5 years industry experience -iEngineering/Military Operations
• Understanding of Satellite Communications in GEO and LEO orbits
• Understanding of Space Domain Awareness and Electro Magnetic Spectrum Operations
• Training and Customer Service Experience
• RF Systems Engineering Experience
• RF Signal Analysis Experience: Able to characterize signal of interest performance indicators
• Power Point, Visio, Word, Excel, architectural diagramming
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current, active Top Secret Clearance

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution process
• Business development, capture management, & development/delivery functions
• Digital engineering such as Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
• Agile software development process application

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000
