What You'll Do:
- Lead EHS activities, audits, workplace surveys, risk assessments, and corrective action initiatives to support a safe and compliant work environment.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Program Management teams on ergonomics, chemical management, hazard assessments, hazardous waste management, and other EHS programs.
- Investigate incidents, analyze trends, identify root causes, and ensure accurate documentation and timely regulatory reporting.
- Develop and maintain EHS programs, training, records, permits, certifications, inspections, and compliance documentation in line with applicable requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives while monitoring regulatory changes and promoting consistent EHS practices across locations.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 10+ years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) within manufacturing, engineering, assembly, repair, or similar industrial environments.
- 10+ years of experience in conducting safety audits, workplace assessments, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

- Bachelors Degree
- Masters Degree
- OSHA Certifications; Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, Professional Engineer.
- Involvement in high performance programs: VPP, ISO 45001, 14001
- Strong root cause analysis skills
- Experience using and leveraging EHS common systems, such as Gensuite
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analysis skills
- Exhibits sound judgment and professionalism in all situations.
- Ability to use data visualization tools such as PowerBI to analyze data for use in developing forward plans.
- Practical experience developing, training, and implementing EHS programs and trainings.
- Ability to research technical information as required.
- Ability to manage time and projects across multiple sites or programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work under general, consultative direction and manage programs independently.
- Experience managing a budget with vendors and consultants for EHS compliance.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
- Competent computer skills related to Microsoft office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
