APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Perform receiving, putaway, picking, packing, replenishment, cycle counting, auditing, and shipping activities. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, tuggers, and other material handling equipment to move inventory and finished goods. Load and unload trucks, sort and stage materials, and ensure products are properly identified, labeled, and packaged. Maintain accurate inventory records, identify discrepancies or damaged materials, and communicate issues to the appropriate teams. Follow safety and quality procedures while supporting a clean, organized workplace and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 1+years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics environment. 1+years of experience in operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts, order pickers, dock trucks, tuggers, and pallet jacks. What Sets You Apart: Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification. Intermediate computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout the workday. 2+years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations. Experience with SAP, PKMS, or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) or equivalent. Experience supporting inventory control and cycle count processes. Strong safety mindset. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and sense of urgency. Commitment to inventory accuracy and operational excellence. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
