What You'll Do:
- Perform material handling, cleaning, packaging, storage, inventory management, and system transactions following established procedures.
- Ensure materials, tools, and products are accurately tracked, stored, labeled, and prepared for production or shipment.
- Conduct quality checks related to cleanliness, packaging standards, inventory accuracy, and material condition.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, operational projects, and process standardization efforts.
- Assist with onboarding and training activities while collaborating with team members to maintain safe and efficient operations.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of experience working in a cleanroom, warehouse, logistics, inventory control, manufacturing support, or related operational environment.

- Vocational training, military experience, or material handling.
- Capable of obtaining necessary cleanroom certifications and operating specialized cleaning equipment.

- Able to work in a dynamic, hands-on operational environment while maintaining accuracy, composure, and attention to detail under pressure.

- Ability to learn, follow, and execute cleanroom handling, cleaning, packaging, inventory management, material transaction, and tool center processes in accordance with established work instructions and procedures.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, quality, cleanliness, and 5S+1 expectation while working in cleanroom, warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing support environments.
- Must be able to read, interpret, and communicate operational data, information, and documents.

- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.

- Occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds.
- May need travel based on business needs.
- Specific vision abilities needed include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
