APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Assemble, solder, wire, and integrate complex electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and circuit card assemblies (CCAs). Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, IPC standards, J-STD requirements, and work authorization documentation to ensure quality and compliance. Perform rework, testing, calibration support, troubleshooting, and quality verification activities throughout the production process. Utilize precision hand tools, torque equipment, soldering systems, epoxy dispensing tools, and microscopes to complete manufacturing tasks. Collaborate with engineers to resolve production challenges, support experiments, implement process improvements, and maintain operational targets. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 6+ years of experience performing specialty wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units. What Sets You Apart: Associate Degree. Self-starter with the ability to complete complex assignments while determining or following methods and sequence of operations.
