Description Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician Location: Casa Grand AZ Employment Type: Full Time Direct Hire with Comprehensive Benefits Industry: Manufacturing Compensation: $35 - $40/hr. Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday About the Opportunity: Inspect civil, steel, and equipment installation for compliance with plans, monitor contractor welding, and use gauges and alignment tools to verify pump and piping work meets standard. Assist with equipment start-up and commissioning, with particular attention to pumps, and coordinate with process, piping, and EHS teams. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair on pumps as the primary focus, plus motors, agitators, cooling towers, chillers, and air compressors. Diagnose malfunctions using test data and root-cause analysis, and serve as first responder on line stoppages. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High school diploma required (technical degree or equivalent experience preferred) 3 yrs. minimum experience with hands-on pump troubleshooting and repair experience, ideally in chemical or industrial manufacturing What Sets You Apart: Forklift/lift operation, machine tool and welding skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CMMS, and Microsoft Office. Ability to read technical drawings and manuals, strong communication skills, and availability for off-shifts, overtime, and on-call work. Compliance with process safety, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
