What You'll Do:
- Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of complex application and system solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while coordinating project activities and reviewing deliverables.
- Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver innovative technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, project estimates, system documentation, and testing strategies to support successful project execution.
- Evaluate new technologies, recommend process improvements, and ensure supported applications remain reliable, effective, and aligned with development standards.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 8 years of systems analysis/application development experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience coordinating between Applications and business units.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience recommending and implementing system solutions.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience driving project milestones and delivery dates.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IBM FileNet Developer 5.6.x and System Migration Tool MARS.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in GitLab DUO agents or similar coding and DevOps agents.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in OpenJDK 21.x+, Springboot and Azure Cloud Development.

- Associate Degree.
- Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.
- Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong lateral thinking skills.
- Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective.
- Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
- Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.
- Mastered understanding of applications supported with an advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
- Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
- Mastered knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
