Operator

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing process sheets, work instructions, and quality standards
• Basic computer and documentation skills for production and quality recordkeeping

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience required
• Experience working in a clean room, medical manufacturing, or quality-focused production environment is a plus
• Familiarity with assembly equipment, inspection tools, gauges, and quality procedures preferred
• Experience maintaining production records and meeting productivity goals

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, squatting, and bending throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts, tools, and inspection equipment
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Duties

• Assemble products and components according to customer specifications and manufacturing procedures
• Follow direction from the Clean Room Lead to support daily production goals
• Operate and monitor assembly equipment while maintaining quality standards
• Interpret manufacturing process sheets and work instructions accurately
• Perform in-process quality inspections using gauges, measuring devices, and inspection tools
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records as required
• Report production, quality, or equipment concerns to the Clean Room Lead
• Follow all safety policies and clean room procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Assist with training new employees and support team success
• Recommend process improvements that enhance quality, safety, and productivity
