The Vice President, Total Rewards is the enterprise leader responsible for shaping and delivering a total rewards strategy that supports business performance, strengthens organizational capability, and enhances teammate engagement. Leading a high-performing team, this executive will provide strategic and operational direction across compensation, health and welfare benefits, retirement, well-being, mobility, and related rewards programs. The role will ensure programs are competitive, sustainable, scalable, compliant, and aligned with the Company's purpose, values, and teammate value proposition. Duties & Responsibilities
Enterprise Total Rewards Strategy
Develop and steward the enterprise total rewards strategy, philosophy, and roadmap. Advise senior leaders on reward priorities, investment choices, market positioning, and emerging workforce needs. Compensation and Incentives Provide executive oversight for job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, base pay, annual merit planning, and short- and long-term incentive programs. Ensure programs are internally equitable, externally competitive, financially responsible, and aligned with business objectives. Health, Welfare and Retirement Lead the strategy, design, evaluation, implementation, and administration of health and welfare, retirement, savings, pension, and well-being programs. Regularly review union and non-union programs to ensure they remain competitive, cost-effective, valuable to teammates, and compliant with regulations, labor agreements, and collective bargaining requirements. Executive and Board Support Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors to develop high-quality analysis, recommendations, and materials for the Corporate Benefits Committee and the Board of Directors, as appropriate. Teammate Experience and Communications Build clear, compelling communications that help current and former teammates understand benefit programs, program changes, required disclosures, and the full value of their total rewards package.
