Position Title: Shipping

Shipping Responsibilities: - Interface work between all departments and the handling and processing materials into and out of the area - Operate equipment in the Materials area - Identify destination of materials being shipped and ensure proper shipping containers are used - Become familiar with receiving methods - Process, evaluate, measure, document, and assist with improvement on a continuous basis Requirements for Shipping: - High School Diploma or GED - Previous industrial experience is plus - Able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis - Able to bend at waist - Able to twist at waist/arms - Able to stand for 8+ hours daily - Able to withstand humid weather during summer months - Able to use some measuring instruments such as caliper or a scale - Able to understand and communicate in English IND043 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
