Position Title: Cell Operator
Wage: $19.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm (Mon-Fri) QPS Employment Group has a great Cell Operator position available at a company in Glendale, MO. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Cell Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate and tend to specialized production equipment and machinery. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment. - Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process. - Carefully package finished goods to protect them during shipping and handling. - Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks. - Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient work environment. Cell Operator Requirements: - Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting, with a focus on machine operation and packaging. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to follow detailed instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one. - The work may involve standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and operating various tools and equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided.
