Summary Job Description: The Provider Onboarding Coordinator provides system coordination for day-to-day activity for implementing provider, off boarding and provider change requests for the Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG). The Provider Onboarding Coordinator works collaboratively with physicians, allied health providers, and advance practice providers, along with practice managers and staff, hospital leadership, and BHMG support departments to ensure these processes are completed timely and accurately. The Provider Onboarding Coordinator must be able to successfully communicate across a wide spectrum of audiences, lead change initiatives, have strong financial and organizational skills and be able to function effectively with multiple priorities. - Collaborates with BHMG leadership, operational leaders, practice staff, providers, and onboarding stakeholders to ensure the best operational practices are implemented, and service excellence standards are maintained throughout the provider onboarding process.
- Develops and executes short-term and long-term onboarding strategies that support organizational goals, improves provider integration, and enhances the overall onboarding experience.
- Serves as the primary liaison between BHMG and providers, fostering effective communication and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Leads weekly BHMG Provider Onboarding calls for assigned markets, facilitating collaboration, issue resolution, and progress tracking.
- Identifies onboarding, offboarding, and provider movement process challenges that may impact operational efficiency and recommends corrective actions and process improvements.
- Implements and maintain standardized onboarding protocols to ensure consistency, regulatory compliance, and organizational alignment.
- Educates BHMG leaders, practice staff, and stakeholders regarding provider onboarding and integration processes to promote consistent application of procedures, tools, and best practices.
- Partners with operational leaders and providers to gather feedback, evaluate onboarding effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Promotes successful provider integration and engagement while supporting practice readiness and operational success.
- Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships by delivering responsive, professional, and solution-oriented service.
- Effectively manages challenging or sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on resolution.
- Responds promptly to customer requests, service needs, and inquiries while consistently meeting commitments and expectations.
- Solicits and incorporates customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures/Certifications/Registrations Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of the degree.
- Physician Practice Start-up and Operations experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating integration activities related to the set-up of newly acquired/startups preferred.
