Position Title: Paint Line Helper
Wage: $20.00/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3:00pm-1:30am Join a dynamic team in the automotive industry as a Helper, where you'll contribute to smooth warehouse operations and material handling. This position in Monroe, WI offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while practicing safe and efficient work habits. Paint Line Helper Responsibilities: - Peel protective plastic off incoming materials - Operate crane to lift products (after training) - Use pallet jacks to move materials throughout production and warehouse areas - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Prepare work areas for new materials - Hang parts in the powder coating area - Assist delivery drivers with locating, picking, packing, and building kits for other departments - Communicate effectively with team leads, parts coordinators, and purchasing staff regarding any issues - Support team with various tasks to ensure efficient workflow Requirements for Paint Line Helper: - Ability to stand for entire shift, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements - Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and between 10-20 lbs frequently - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write basic correspondence, and communicate effectively with co-workers - Ability to work in different climate conditions throughout shifts QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
