Position Title: Inside Sales Representative
Wage: $21.00-$23.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Join an experienced Inside Sales team where you'll build customer relationships, process orders, assist with quotes, and help keep customer needs on track. Great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and communication skills! Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Process customer orders and purchase orders. - Communicate with customers by phone and email. - Provide order and delivery updates. - Assist with quotes and order changes. - Resolve basic customer and order questions. Inside Sales Representative Requirements: - Customer service or inside sales experience preferred. - Strong communication and computer skills. - Detail-oriented and organized. - Ability to multitask and follow up with customers.
