JOB OVERVIEW: The Associate Manager plays a critical role in the record to report (RTR) process, with primary responsibility for the integrity of the financial statements for their assigned business unit(s). This role oversees General Ledger accounting and provides governance over Accounts Payable activities while partnering with shared services and outsourced accounting teams. This position is ideal for an accounting professional seeking to expand expertise in public company reporting, SOX compliance, internal controls and people leadership with a path toward future accounting management responsibilities. The Associate Manager partners closely with the Manager, Centralized Controllership as well as the business unit finance leader and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial statements, compliance with US GAAP, HS policy and audit readiness. MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 7 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; first-level manager. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required. The posted range for this position is $87,547to$136,792 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for bonus not reflected in the posted range.
