Pay Rate:Earn up to $16.25/hour with election of Enhanced Pay option.

Shift:2^nd Shift with weekends 1^st week Monday, Tuesday 1ST WEEK: MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, 4:00PM -12:00AM, 2ND WEEK: SUNDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, 4:00PM- 12:00AM 40 Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Providedirect careand support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist withpersonal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Supportlife skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Providecommunity support, transportation
• Promotehealth, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete requireddocumentation, progress notes, and service logs
