We'reseeking a compassionateBoard CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Dearbornteam. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure high-quality, individualized care for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Pay: Up to $55.00 per hour

Position Details:

• This is a flexible, on-site position based at ourABA Centerin Dearborn. Must have a minimum of 15 hours available each week.

• Support a small caseload of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

• Typical schedule: You will pick the days and times you want to work.

• Provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting.

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.

• Conduct parent training and caregiver consultations as needed.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.

• Ensureaccurateandtimelydocumentation perpayerand agency guidelines.

MinimumRequirements:

• Master's Degree

• Active BCBA Certification
• Active MI Licensure as a Behavior Analyst

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
