We'reseeking a compassionateBoard CertifiedAssistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our Dearbornteam. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure high-quality, individualized care for children with autism or developmental delays.

Position Details:

• This is a full-time, on-site position based at ourABA Centerin Dearborn, MI.

• Under the supervision of a BCBA, support a caseload of 8-12children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

• Typical schedule: Flexible schedule, 9a-7:30p, Monday-Friday.

• Under supervision of a BCBA, provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting.

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.

• Conduct parent training and caregiver consultations as needed.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.

• Ensureaccurateandtimelydocumentation perpayerand agency guidelines.
