What You'll Do:
- Lead complex systems analysis, application design, and development initiatives, serving as a senior technical leader and hands-on contributor.
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective, well-documented solutions while evaluating complex relationships across applications, platforms, and systems.
- Lead and coordinate development activities, provide technical guidance to less experienced team members, and contribute to project planning, estimates, and delivery schedules.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, troubleshoot and debug applications, and ensure supported systems remain reliable, efficient, and effective.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, vendor solutions, development practices, and process improvements to identify opportunities that strengthen technology capabilities and business outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 8 years of systems analysis/application development experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience coordinating between Applications and business units.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience recommending and implementing system solutions.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience driving project milestones and delivery dates.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Advanced Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, concurrency, testing, performance tuning, mentoring.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Azure cloud development, integration, security, observability, resiliency, CI/CD, IaC.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise APIs and SaaS migration: OAuth 2.0, retries, idempotency, validation, reconciliation.
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate Degree.
- Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.
- Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong lateral thinking skills.
- Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective.
- Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
- Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.
- Mastered understanding of applications supported with an advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
- Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
- Mastered knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
