We are seeking a hands-on Process Technician 2 to support process development, product development, and research & development activities within a cutting-edge laboratory environment. In this role, you'll work closely with Process Engineers to prepare chemical baths, process wafers and coupons, conduct experiments, collect data, and support ongoing innovation initiatives.

What You'll Do:
  • Build, maintain, and monitor electroplating and chemical processing baths.
  • Support Process Engineers with wafer-level and coupon-level testing, sample preparation, and processing activities.
  • Operate processing equipment and manual or automated laboratory tools to evaluate fill characteristics.
  • Capture images, measurements, and test data to verify and document results.
  • Assist with troubleshooting laboratory equipment and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare shipping requests and safely package materials for shipment.
  • Support additional laboratory and process development activities as needed.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 1+ year of experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, cleanroom, chemical handling, research, or technical support environment.
  • 1+ year of experience following chemical safety procedures and handling laboratory materials safely.
  • 1+ year of experience performing detailed, precision-oriented work with fragile products, components, samples, or wafers.
  • 1+ year of experience documenting test results, measurements, or technical data.
  • Ability to follow technical procedures and support engineering experiments and testing activities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with engineers and technical staff.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience supporting semiconductor, wafer processing, electroplating, or materials development environments.
  • Experience operating laboratory processing equipment or analytical tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle delicate materials with care.
  • Experience packaging and shipping technical materials, products, or laboratory samples.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technical skills.

  • Overtime: May be required based on project and business needs.
  • Lifting Requirements: May require occasional lifting of materials and shipments.
  • Work Environment: Laboratory, process development, and R&D setting supporting advanced technology programs.
