APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Support engineering activities including design, fabrication, assembly, modification, testing, and checkout of prototype electromechanical systems and specialized equipment. Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. Troubleshoot, calibrate, test, and adjust tools, equipment, and systems. Conduct experiments, analyze results, and document findings to support process and product improvements. Design and construct tooling, fixtures, and test equipment to support engineering projects. Analyze technical data, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements and corrective actions. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to support prototype and production efforts. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electronics Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, prototype development, or technical laboratory environments. 3+ years of experience using fabrication tools and manufacturing equipment. 3+ years of experience fabricating, modifying, and assembling complex hardware. 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and testing electromechanical systems or equipment. 3+ years of experience operating CNC and manual machining equipment, including mills and lathes. 3+ years of experience using HAAS mills, 4-axis machining, 5-axis machining, or similar CNC equipment. 3+ years of experience using SolidWorks, CAM software, or similar manufacturing design tools. 3+ years of experience applying GD&T principles and interpreting engineering drawings. 3+ years of experience using precision measurement equipment including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and related inspection tools. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum. Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
