THE ROLE: In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, communications, HR, marketing, sales, and business operations to drive operational rigor and execution excellence across the Computing and Graphics organization. You will develop and manage operational cadences, coordinate strategic forums and executive engagements, track key initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve scalability through process optimization and AI-enabled solutions. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to drive alignment across a complex, fast-moving environment. You must be comfortable operating independently, influencing without authority, and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive program leader with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. You are equally comfortable managing executive-level activities and driving detailed execution across cross-functional teams. You build strong partnerships, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and excel at translating leadership priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You thrive in dynamic environments, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
