Department 10016 Office of the Chief Information OfficerPay Range $54,683.20 - $91,145.60 The Financial Analyst position is responsible in assisting of the oversight of the financial performance and reporting of the institution. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: supporting in the creation of the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance. Support in the creation and oversight of the annual budget process, and formulating and reviewing financial analysis on cash flow, operating results, and business plans to determine investment requirements, rates of return, capital/cash flow requirements, etc. Assist in reviewing and preparing forecasts and analysis of industry and general economic trends, creating summary presentations of the analytical work performed to provide organizational leadership with actionable information for decision making.A successful candidate should be able to work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment, is not afraid to ask questions, apply creative solutions to everyday problems, can work in a team-based environment and is willing to expand their knowledgebase. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree Related field. (Accounting or Finance). (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge Knowledge of financial analysis techniques. Knowledge of personal computers, networks, electronic mail, Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience in data manipulation, analysis, and reporting in Microsoft Excel. The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children's National believes an individual's base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children's National compensation philosophy. These factors are legitimate and non-discriminatory including, but not limited to, the current market conditions; organizational needs; the individual's combination of prior work experience, level of education, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications.
