Sr Business Process Analyst

The Sr Business Process Analyst position is responsible for driving global process excellence throughout the supply chain by developing, streamlining and implementing efficient and effective processes to support our business.

What you'll do:

• Leads small cross functional teams to work on process improvement opportunities by participating in the design, testing and implementation of all systems and process changes.
• Develops and facilitates employee training on systems and processes including development and support of the power user networks.
• Maintains the training library ensuring all training materials stay current with business process changes and systems enhancements.
• Influences stakeholders in all levels of the organization to ensure process adoption.
• Provides Tier 2 support to all end users needing help with process or systems issues that cannot be resolved by the Power User Network.
• Solves complex problems by seeking the root cause of the issue to avoid reoccurrence.
• Utilizes reports to monitor process compliance and provide performance coaching to stakeholders as needed
• Miscellaneous tasks and projects

What you'll need:

Required

• Bachelor's Degree or 8 years equivalent work experience in assigned functional area.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain
• 2+ years SAP/ERP experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, charts, graphs)

Desired

• Experience leading small and large training classes
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• This is a hybrid-based role that will report out of our The Woodlands, TX location
